We are excited to share our new adventure with all of you.  Chef Jud Wilcox graduated from Johnson and Wales College of Culinary Arts in Rhode Island, and accepted an internship at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.  Following the completion of Jud's internship  The Broadmoor extended a full time position which resulted in great experience.  Jud later returned home to South East Idaho, where he has most recently been the Executive Chef at White Water Grill. 

Shandi Fujimoto has an extensive background in business management and finance.  Shandi is combining her love of business and working with people.  Together Jud and Shandi have teamed up to merge their passions and build a Restaurant where taste, service, and atmosphere go hand in hand.  We offer everything from a casual dining experience, private business meetings, formal gatherings, and caterings to laughter filled group parties.  Copper Rill welcomes you to enjoy the simplicity of tastes to remember, and a contagious atmosphere where it is comfortable to be yourself with the people in your life.  We know how busy life can be and take pride in providing the service to allow you to take care of business, laugh with friends and family, or just relax and enjoy the decadent meals and service Copper Rill has to offer.  We can't wait to see you!
